Decima works with a vetted network of regenerative medicine providers across the United States, Japan, and Europe. Every clinic in our network meets strict standards for cell sourcing, physician oversight, and patient follow-up — and we verify this, not just take their word for it.

How we vet
every clinic
in our network.

We don't list clinics because they applied. We list clinics because we've verified them against our protocol standards. Here is exactly what we check before a clinic joins the Decima network — and what we continue to monitor after they join.

Cell Sourcing and Verification
All clinics must use GMP-certified cell products with third-party testing for viability, sterility, and identity. We verify the lab certificates before the clinic joins and on a rolling basis.
Physician Credentials
All administering physicians must be board-certified in a relevant specialty. We verify credentials directly with the relevant board. No nurse practitioners administering treatment without physician supervision.
Facility Standards
Treatment facilities must meet applicable state and local health department requirements. International partners must meet equivalent national standards. We conduct periodic review of facility credentials.
Informed Consent Protocol
Every patient must receive a clear, written informed consent document before any treatment. This document must accurately describe the investigational nature of stem cell therapy, realistic outcomes, and risks.
Post-Treatment Follow-Up
Partner clinics must share biomarker follow-up data with Decima at 30, 60, and 90 days for all Decima-referred patients. This is what allows us to track real outcomes across our network.
