A board-certified Decima physician personally reviews your intake within 48 hours. They contact you directly — by phone or secure message — to discuss your case, ask follow-up questions, and give you an honest assessment of whether stem cell therapy is appropriate for your situation. No chatbot. No call center. A real medical conversation.

If you're a candidate, your physician designs a treatment protocol specific to your biology — cell type (Wharton's Jelly MSCs, MUSE cells, or combination), dosing, delivery method, preparation protocol, and pre-treatment biomarker testing. You receive a complete written protocol with full cost breakdown before you commit to anything. A $500 deposit holds your treatment date.

Treatment at your preferred location, our Aventura center, or a vetted partner clinic in our network. If you're in Miami, we arrange ground transport. For international treatment (Japan, Cayman Islands, Europe), we coordinate the full logistics of your travel and treatment. Your physician is reachable throughout.

Biomarker panels at 30, 60, and 90 days post-treatment. We track inflammatory markers, cellular aging indicators, and protocol-specific outcomes. You receive the lab results and a physician interpretation of what changed and what to expect next. We don't disappear after treatment day. Most patients have at least three follow-up touchpoints in the first 90 days.
