How do I contact someone about an existing treatment?
Existing patients email careteam@decimastemcells.com. For urgent matters during a treatment window, your assigned physician's direct contact is provided before your procedure.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Stem cell therapies are not covered by insurance in the United States. All protocols are self-pay. Some patients use HSA or FSA accounts — we can provide the documentation needed for reimbursement submission.
